Quick Tips

  • Make you headline 'catchy' so you can grab a potential buyers attention!
  • Add pictures - they really do tell a thousand words. You should ideally show the equine/item for sale in full clear view. Adverts with pictures always attract more hits than those without them!
  • Include as much detail as possible about your equine/item for sale in your advert. With equines remember to include their age, breed, height, uses/potential uses, show wins, how good/bad to handle, why selling/loaning/leasing and with transport the make, model, condition, mileage, MOT and colour.
  • Be realistic about the price you are asking for your equine/item for sale. Ask the advice of a qualified professional such as a vet or trusted riding instructor to help if you are unsure on a suitable price tag for your equine.
  • Not selling? Try reducing your price - even a little bit of a reduction can tempt your ideal purchaser!

AND FINALLY.......

  • BE TOTALLY HONEST about your equine/item for sale, including any bad points! This can help to ensure that you are finding the best possible home for your equine friend and prevent negative comeback from your purchaser.
